Where are my keys stored?
Your keys are stored anonymously (without an address) in a secure key cabinet. Assignment is managed internally by code – so if a key is lost, your address cannot be traced.
Can you hand over keys to tradespeople or guests?
Yes. With your approval, we hand keys over to cleaners, tradespeople, pool services or holiday guests – with check-in and return inspection on request.
What should I do if I lock myself out?
We come by within our availability and let you into the house – no expensive locksmith and no damage to the cylinder.
